As Boutique Manager, you are the leader of the boutique.
You are responsible for driving business performance, developing your team, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the highest level of luxury service.
You act as a true ambassador of Dior, setting the tone, building a strong team culture, and ensuring excellence in execution across all aspects of the boutique.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail
Strong understanding of the luxury environment and client expectations
Commercial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Natural leader with the ability to engage, develop, and challenge teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Flexible and available to support the business when needed
