Roles & Responsibilities

What s On Your Plate?

  • Identify and acquire new restaurant and retail partners through field sales, cold calling, and networking
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, referrals, and market mapping to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Present talabat s value proposition and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth integration into the platform
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams (account management, marketing, operations) to ensure partner success

Desired Candidate Profile

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or technology startups.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
