Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Operations Supervisor to join our architectural and interior design firm.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing operations within the architecture, interior design, construction, or fit-out industry, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure smooth coordination between office and site teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities across office and project sites
• Supervise project coordination between designers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Monitor project schedules, execution progress, and operational performance
• Ensure efficient workflow and communication between all departments
• Manage operational planning, reporting, logistics, and team follow-ups
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Ensure projects are executed according to company standards, timelines, and quality expectations
• Support management in improving operational systems and team performance

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or Equivalent

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in operations supervision, project coordination, or management within the architecture, interior design, construction, or fit-out industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
• Strong understanding of site operations, project execution, and coordination processes
• Experience dealing with contractors, suppliers, and client communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Arabic and English fluency preferred
• Valid Bahrain driving license-Mandatory requirement
