Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings for ducting, piping, and equipment layout

2. Develop coordination drawings in line with architectural, structural, and MEP services

3. Prepare ducting layout, sectional details, and installation drawings

4. Generate as-built drawings based on site conditions and execution changes

5. Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for drawing updates and revisions

6. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and consultant requirements

7. Prepare BOQ take-offs from drawings

8. Support design team in preparing schematic and detailed drawings

9. Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings

10. Assist in resolving site issues through drawing modifications

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / HVAC / Drafting (Minimum Required)

2. 3–6 years of experience as HVAC Draftsman

3. Strong experience in HVAC ducting and piping shop drawings

4. Proficiency in:

   • AutoCAD (Mandatory)

   • Revit / BIM (Preferred)

5. Good understanding of:

   • HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, VRF basics)

   • Coordination with other services (MEP)

6. Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications

7. Experience in project coordination and site support

8. Knowledge of Bahrain / GCC standards preferred

9. Good attention to detail and accuracy in drawings

10. Basic English communication skills
