Operational Management
• Oversee daily operations of 30+ F&B outlets, including both café and fine dining concepts.
• Ensure consistent service quality, operational standards, and brand integrity across all locations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all outlets.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, conducting regular site visits and operational audits.
Financial & P&L Management
• Manage full P&L responsibility for all outlets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Monitor and optimize food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses.
• Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions to improve margins.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Pre-Opening & Expansion
• Lead pre-opening activities for new outlets, including operational setup, staffing, and supplier coordination.
• Support the launch of new concepts and scaling of existing brands.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and procurement teams for new store openings.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and operational teams.
• Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance team performance.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture across all outlets.
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement low-season recovery plans to maintain revenue during off-peak periods.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align operations with promotional activities.
Supplier & Inventory Management
• Oversee supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory control.
• Ensure consistent quality and cost-effectiveness of all food and beverage supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage across all outlets.
Compliance & Standards
• Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain international franchise or premium brand standards where applicable.
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits and implement corrective actions
• Strong experience managing both café and fine dining operations.
• Multi-unit F&B management experience handling 30+ stores.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, food cost, labor cost, and operational controls.
• Experience in pre-opening and operational setup.
• Hands-on operational approach with strong floor presence.
• Bahrain or GCC market experience is preferred.
• International franchise or premium brand background is preferred.
• Experience handling both casual and luxury dining concepts is preferred.
• Experience creating low-season recovery plans is preferred.
• Background in launching new concepts or scaling brands is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
