Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets

  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer retention

  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored ELV solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams

  • Lead end-to-end tendering, proposals, and contract negotiations ensuring technical and commercial alignment

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to successfully close deals and support project execution

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM/ERP systems

  • Ensure timely collections and receivables management in line with company guidelines

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decisions

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience: 8 – 12 years in ELV / Security Systems / project sales, with strong exposure to enterprise accounts

  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Business Administration

  3. Technical Expertise: Good understanding of integrated ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Structured Cabling, etc.)

  4. Core Skills: Strong negotiation, solution selling, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities

  5. Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage tenders, contracts, pricing, and large-scale project opportunities

  6. Tools: Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms (SAP preferred) and pipeline management

  7. Attributes: Result-driven, customer-focused, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders
