Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales of LG HVAC equipment, including VRF systems, ducted units, and package units

  2. Develop and expand market presence in Bahrain for small to medium projects, villas, and fit-out works

  3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through consultants, contractors, and direct clients

  4. Maintain and grow a strong client and consultant network

  5. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals

  6. Provide technical support and system selection for VRF and other HVAC equipment

  7. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, submittals, and order processing

  8. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

  9. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations

  10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  11. Support marketing activities and brand promotion in the region

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. BTech / BE in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

  2. Minimum 4–8 years of experience in HVAC sales, with strong exposure to VRF systems

  3. Prior experience working with reputed HVAC manufacturers (LG / Daikin / Trane / similar)

  4. Strong client base and consultant network in Bahrain market

  5. Good technical knowledge of:

    • VRF systems

    • Ducted and package units

    • HVAC system selection and applications

  6. Proven track record in sales and business development

  7. Ability to handle stock sales and project sales

  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  9. Valid driving license (Mandatory)

  10. Self-motivated with strong market development and closing skills
