Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly capable and commercially strong Procurement & Logistics professional to manage end-to-end procurement and logistics functions across multiple divisions. The role requires strong expertise in industrial products, project procurement, and contracting environments, along with excellent sourcing, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for ATC, AISS, and Solar divisions

  • Source reliable local and international suppliers and obtain competitive quotations

  • Lead price negotiations, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts

  • Prepare RFQs, bid evaluations, and comparative statements

  • Issue and track purchase orders ensuring timely delivery

  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams

  • Handle logistics operations including shipping, freight, customs clearance, and delivery tracking

  • Monitor procurement timelines aligned with project schedules

  • Develop and maintain vendor databases and supplier relationships

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

  • Maintain accurate procurement and logistics documentation

  • Support urgent and critical procurement requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Procurement / Engineering / Business

  • 5–8 years’ experience in procurement & logistics (industrial / EPC / contracting preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of industrial materials, electrical/mechanical, construction & solar products

  • Proven experience in project procurement environments Strong negotiation & commercial skills Experience in RFQs, supplier evaluation, contracts, and cost analysis Knowledge of logistics, customs regulations & shipment coordination Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Office Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
