About the location:



On an exclusive island in the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, with its unique architecture, has become an iconic landmark that soars as a destination in its own right, combining the best of a beach holiday and an urban getaway.

Join Our Team 



We are currently looking to hire a Male Massage Therapist who can performs a body treatment according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.




Essential Functions:



  • To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest’s expectations.



  • To ensure you read the hotel's employee handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.



  • To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position.



  • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire and name badge. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department personal appearance standards. 



  • To comply with local legislation as required.



  • To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule.



  • To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel.



  • To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.



  • To attend training and meetings as and when required



  • Utilize the logbook and schedule chart.



  • Keep your work area neat, clean and quiet at all times.



  • Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel.



  • Utilize each of the retail products safety and accurately.



  • Provide professional Spa treatments for any client including Massages, body wraps, Hamman and facial treatments.



  • Provide amenities involved in the Spa treatment in order to customize and personalize the Spa journey.



  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.



  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.




Required skills:



  • Certified for massage and beauty treatments.



  • At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.



  • Outstanding communications skills and command of the English are essential; knowledge of local language is an advantage.



  • Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills



  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize.



  • Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.



  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.



  • Additional Hammam skills will be considered an advantage.
