EDARA Consultancy is a Bahrain-based HR outsourcing and management consultancy firm founded in 2017, serving clients across insurance, hospitality, retail, medical, F&B, and more. We are growing and looking for a Commercial Growth Executive to lead our business development efforts. You will identify and target prospective clients, craft compelling pitches, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, and represent EDARA's brand in the market. This is a performance-driven, autonomous role with real earning potential for the right candidate.
You are a self-starter who thrives without hand-holding. You have a proven, demonstrable track record of generating sales and winning clients — specifically within management consultancy, HR outsourcing, or the broader services industry. You know how to build relationships, walk into a room and command attention, and close deals. You bring your numbers, your pipeline strategy, and your hunger.
