KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES General • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. • Effectively manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring proper coverage and productivity. • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement. • Forecast inventory needs and oversee procurement of food, beverages, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies. • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations always. • Uphold and enhance the restaurant's brand image and reputation. • Develop and implement promotional strategies and local outreach initiatives to attract and retain clientele. • Identify marketing opportunities, including digital campaigns, social media engagement, and in-house events. • Train and onboard new hires and maintain continuous development for existing staff in service excellence and restaurant procedures. • Implement and maintain operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for long-term success.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting. • 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within the fine dining or upscale hospitality sector. • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, with the ability to recommend pairings and explain menu details. • Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems. • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management. Skills • Arabic language is a MUST (spoken and written). • English language is required (spoken and written). • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment. • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
