We re looking for a highly proactive Regional Marketing + Communications Manager to lead Bahrain and Oman, two emerging Privilee markets with huge potential.
You ll have real ownership, variety, and the chance to make a visible impact across multiple areas of the brand. From campaigns and communications to collaborations, PR, events, social content, and community-building, you ll play a key role in shaping how Privilee shows up locally while driving awareness, engagement, retention, and growth across both markets.
This could be a great opportunity for someone with Marketing and Communications experience who enjoys travelling to Oman or Bahrain for leisure and feels genuinely passionate about one or both countries.
- Lead localised marketing execution across Bahrain and Oman to drive awareness, engagement, retention, usage, and sales growth across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, app placements, social media, blog, and other channels
- Own local sales and brand campaigns from planning through to rollout across all marketing and communication channels, ensuring strong execution aligned with business targets
- Lead local PR, events, creator collaborations, and ambassador relationships to strengthen local relevance and community connection
- Support localised CRM planning, audience segmentation, onboarding, and member engagement journeys in collaboration with the wider team
- Manage partner marketing activity and deliverables across Bahrain and Oman, acting as a key marketing point of contact for partners while identifying upsell, collaboration, and commercial opportunities within the markets
- Own Corporate Wellness marketing activity across Bahrain and Oman, supporting awareness, engagement, and lead generation across corporate audiences to support the Corporate Sales team.
- Own global Privilee LinkedIn planning and delivery, supporting brand positioning, corporate wellness growth, partner visibility, and company culture storytelling

Requirements
- 6 8 years of GCC experience across Marketing, Brand, or Communications
- Experience within lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, luxury, or consumer brands preferred
- Proven experience leading and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through to rollout is essential; experience within Bahrain and Oman is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media, content, brand communications, and local marketing best practices
- Experience managing brand collaborations, ambassador partnerships, and events
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
