Project Summary



The Global Contingency Support Services Program delivers integrated logistics, operations, and site support across NSA Bahrain, ISA Air Base, Jebel Ali, and Oman. The program ensures mission readiness through coordinated multi-site execution, standardized processes, and responsive surge capability. Managed under the leadership of the Project Manager, it focuses on operational efficiency, compliance, and continuity of services in dynamic austere and contingency environments.




Job Summary



Provide leadership and oversight for global contingency support operations across NSA Bahrain, ISA Air Base, Jebel Ali, and Oman locations, ensuring operational readiness, mission execution, and contract compliance across multiple sites. This role serves as the primary operational liaison to the Project Manager and customer, overseeing logistics, facilities, subcontractor performance, staffing, budgeting, and day-to-day site support activities in a dynamic operational environment.



The position is responsible for coordinating multi-site operations, monitoring program execution against contractual and operational requirements, managing program resources in alignment with the Basis of Estimate (BOE), and ensuring timely completion of all scheduled work. The successful candidate will maintain strong customer relationships, provide regular operational reporting including SITREPs, and support continuity of operations through effective planning, communication, and oversight.




Roles and Responsibilities



  • Coordinate logistics, facilities, and site support services across NSA Bahrain, ISA Air Base, Jebel Ali, and Oman



  • Ensure operational readiness and mission support across all assigned locations



  • Maintain compliance with contract requirements and performance standards



  • Serve as the primary point of contact reporting directly to the Project Manager



  • Oversee and support multi-site operations to ensure efficient execution



  • Prepare and deliver daily SITREPs outlining operational status, risks, and key updates



  • Track project costs and monitor completion of work against established plans



  • Manage subcontractors to ensure performance, compliance, and timely execution



  • Ensure proper staffing by managing and maintaining an appropriate labor force



  • Manage and maintain the program budget in alignment with the Basis of Estimate (BOE)



  • Conduct regular meetings with the customer to ensure continuity of operations



  • Foster and maintain a positive customer relationship



  • Ensure all scheduled work is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards




Basic Qualifications



  • Must have a high school diploma



  • 10 years combined management/ facilities/trades/construction experience



  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance




Preferred Qualifications



Experience with facilities maintenance



Experience with managing projects
