Your Impact
Lead Cisco’s operations and growth strategy in Bahrain by owning the end-to-end business performance for the country. Shape market strategy, identify and capture key opportunities, and drive execution to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Build and nurture strong relationships with government, enterprise customers, and partners to solidify Cisco’s market leadership. Represent Cisco at industry events and in key stakeholder engagements to elevate our brand profile. Inspire and develop a high-performing local team to deliver customer success and accelerate digital transformation across Bahrain.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in ICT, technology, or enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record managing P&L and delivering on revenue targets for a country or major business segment
- Demonstrated experience working with government entities and large enterprise customers in Bahrain or GCC
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of Bahrain’s digital economy and regulatory landscape
- Fluency in Arabic and English
