Job Title: Business Development Executive (Remote Opportunity) Location: Bahrain Preferred Candidates: Female Candidates on Family VISA Experience: 2–3 Years About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business presence, meeting clients, and building strong relationships across Bahrain and the GCC market. This is a remote opportunity with client meetings across Bahrain as required. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote our recruitment and IT staffing services Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, proposal submission, negotiation, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Recruitment/Staffing industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Female candidates on Family VISA preferred
Must be based in Bahrain
