Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales plans and route strategies
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to the team
Ensure proper product distribution, availability, and visibility across all assigned outlets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and retailers
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery of goods
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review
Ensure compliance with company policies and local market regulations
Field-based role with frequent travel across Bahrain
May require flexible working hours depending on business needs
Experience with modern trade and traditional trade channels
Familiarity with ERP or sales automation systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
4 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Solid understanding of modern trade and traditional trade channels
Experience in route planning, sales strategy development, and market execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP or sales automation systems
