Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily routine maintenance activities for chemical dosing pumps and tanks.
- That include Preventive Maintenance services, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Root cause analysis of the failures and supply of equipment spares & materials for the all the Mechanical Assets of the Chemical System Dosing Packages.
- Perform regular inspection and maintenance of Chemical Injection System and do the required adjustments as per supervisor instructions.
- Checking the running condition of each equipment and make adjustments that are necessary to ensure the performance is within the design operation and maintenance limits
Qualification & Experience:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Mechanical Technician ( Dosing Pumps & Tanks)
- Experience with rotating equipment, specifically pumps (diaphragm, centrifugal) and hydraulic systems.
