Roles & Responsibilities
Good knowledge of LMRA and GOSI procedures
Apply for CPR and other employee-related services online
Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law
Maintain and file employee documents and records properly
Prepare employee-related letters such as offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, memos, and other official correspondence
Apply for company licenses and government-related applications online
Handle day-to-day employee issues and provide administrative support
Coordinate with different departments regarding employee requirements
Handle company emails and official communications professionally
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Construction industry experience preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law
Skills & Requirements:
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English
Construction experience preferred
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Experience in handling government portals and online applications
