Roles & Responsibilities
o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales target in assigned route.
o Ensure product availability, correct placement, and visibility at the point of sale.
o Implement promotion and activation of the company’ guidelines.
• Customer Relation Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
o Act as main point of contact for assigning account / route, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
o Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase the market share.
o Provide regular market intelligence, including competitors’ activities and market trends.
• Operational Excellence:
o Ensure compliance with Coca-Cola sales processes and service standards.
o Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and collections.
o Execute daily route plans and ensure maximum productivity from customer visits.
• Data-Driven Sales:
o Use available tools and systems to track sales performance, optimize routes, and identify
o Monitor and report key KPIs: volume sold, number of visits, conversion rates, and collections.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the FMCG and beverages industry. The ideal candidate should have strong market execution capabilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Experience in FMCG and/or beverage sales
Strong knowledge of the local market and trade channels
Ability to achieve volume, distribution, and visibility targets
Good communication and negotiation skills
