Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in timely payroll processing and daily HR administration.
Creation of Employee Master in HRMS.
Review of employee master with Personal File
Attendance monitoring and approving in Time & Attendance System.
Preparation and Checking of Leave settlements and Final Settlements.
Reconciliation of LMRA, Indemnity, GOSI, etc. and timely payment.
Processing & disbursement of Sales Incentives
Updating GOSI records, new registration, termination, amendments & yearly salary updating.
Coordination & follow-up with Finance Department for employee related payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors of Commerce with 3-5 years of experience in handling salary processing in a large, multi location organization.
Good knowledge in the Oracle, Microsoft Excel Etc.
