Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and cross-sell clients existing range of B2B products and services through outdoor sales, telemarketing, corporate roadshows, B2B meetings, and other relevant events, ensuring achievement of individual sales targets.

  • Process all types of B2B customer service requests e.g., service provisioning, bill payments, queries, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Regularly track and clear all suspended and rejected B2B sales service requests.

  • Conduct background checks for B2B clients such as credit checks, blacklist verification, and eligibility for provisioning new sales requests.

  • Collect, validate, and securely manage corporate customer documents. Attach/upload all necessary documentation and initiate the service provisioning process.

  • Restore disconnected B2B services promptly in line with credit control procedures after receiving outstanding dues on customer accounts.

  • Conduct daily cash and revenue collection securely, prepare and tally daily financial transactions, and ensure safe closing.

  • Deposit all revenue collections for B2B accounts within the required timeframe.

  • Conduct daily inventory stock checks and report to ensure optimal levels for B2B sales needs.

  • Liaise with internal departments to address B2B customer queries regarding partial payments, disputes, installment plans, deposit refunds, service transfers, etc.

  • Coordinate with Team Leaders daily for updates on promotions, price changes, and process modifications.

  • Follow established process and quality standards while addressing B2B customer requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Execute departmental or organizational projects and initiatives relevant to B2B business needs as identified from time to time.

  • Take ownership of managing and updating the individual business B2B social media accounts in line with KPIs, ensuring timely responses to client comments and inquiries

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum High school graduate

  • 1 year experience in sales or customer service

  • Good communication skills

  • Customer Focus

  • Have market knowledge

  • Preferred to have Bahraini driving license/ Bahrain Based

  • Preferred nationality Indian and Filipino

  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Immediate Joiner
