Role summary

The 3D Visualizer is responsible for transforming brand narratives into immersive, buildable event environments and spatial experiences.

This role bridges creative vision with technical execution, producing high-quality 3D visuals, detailed technical drawings, and spatial layouts that ensure seamless transition from concept to on-ground activation. The ideal candidate combines strong visualization skills with practical production knowledge, ensuring all designs are visually compelling, technically feasible, and aligned with brand and operational requirements.

What you’ll do

• Develop photorealistic 3D renders for pitches and client presentations, achieving stakeholder approval within defined timelines.
• Produce scaled 2D and 3D CAD drawings detailing stage layouts, structures, branding zones, and AV placements, ensuring technical clarity for fabrication and execution teams.
• Design spatial layouts that optimize audience flow, sightlines, and engagement, supporting intuitive movement and interaction within activation spaces.
• Integrate branding elements (logos, color palettes, signage, kiosks, and custom builds) into all environments, ensuring full brand consistency across physical outputs.
• Collaborate with fabricators, production teams, and suppliers to ensure designs are buildable and aligned with material, cost, and structural constraints.
• Supervise on-site installations when required, ensuring final builds reflect approved designs with visual accuracy.
• Ensure all designs comply with venue regulations, safety standards, and accessibility requirements, achieving zero compliance issues during execution.
• Deliver all design outputs (renders, drawings, revisions) within agreed timelines, maintaining 100% on-time delivery across project milestones.

How we work (so the role stays focused)

• Strategy, concepts, and brand direction are defined collaboratively; you are responsible for spatial design, visualization, and technical execution.
• You are not responsible for full project management but are expected to coordinate closely with production and vendor teams.
• Success is measured by design quality, build accuracy, stakeholder approval, and execution efficiency.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in event design, activations, exhibitions, or experiential environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing: (Event and activation design ○ 3D visualization and rendering ○ Technical drawings and build-ready layouts)
•  Advanced proficiency in: ○ 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of: ○ Lighting design, materials, and textures ○ Spatial planning and guest flow ○ Fabrication processes and event production constraints
• Ability to translate creative ideas into technically accurate, buildable solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across design, strategy, and production teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for large-scale activations, exhibitions, or mall/event environments.
• Familiarity with GCC venue requirements and regulations.
• Experience working with modular builds, branded installations, or experiential zones.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or presentation design tools.
• Ability to produce flythrough animations and 360° walkthroughs for pitches.
