Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promote and drive sales of dental equipment and consumables to clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories across assigned territories.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base within Bahrain and the GCC region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals in a timely manner.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic sales planning.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments (logistics, finance, and service) to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Contribute to achieving overall company and individual performance goals through proactive engagement in both public and private sector markets.
  • Manage sales responsibilities and inventory planning for assigned principals/products to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to sales team members (if applicable) to support target achievement and professional development.
  • Coordinate closely with accounts and stores departments to ensure efficient sales operations, timely deliveries, and effective cash flow management.
  • Maintain strong communication and regular reporting with principals and area managers to meet and exceed agreed business targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good technical knowledge of dental equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Science / Pharmacy / Dental Technology / Dentistry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of dental products and equipment.
  • Prior experience in Bahrain or GCC market is highly preferred.
