Roles & Responsibilities


  • 3-5 years of IT Sales experience in the Gulf region

  • Strong understanding of regional markets

  • Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills

  • Ability to understand and present technical solutions

  • Strong C Level connections

  • Track record in closing large and complex deals

  • Fluent in English and Arabic

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools

Responsibilities:

  • Open new accounts / new client acquisition

  • Maintain the existing accounts

  • Develop new business with existing clients

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met

  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our solutions

  • Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Consist communication with project management and Pre-Sales departments

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
