Roles & Responsibilities
3-5 years of IT Sales experience in the Gulf region
Strong understanding of regional markets
Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
Ability to understand and present technical solutions
Strong C Level connections
Track record in closing large and complex deals
Fluent in English and Arabic
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools
Responsibilities:
Open new accounts / new client acquisition
Maintain the existing accounts
Develop new business with existing clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our solutions
Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Consist communication with project management and Pre-Sales departments
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
