Job Summary Our client is seeking a experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards and timelines. The Foreman will lead site teams, manage resources, and act as the main point of contact between workers, subcontractors, and site management. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and workforce • Assign tasks and monitor crew performance and productivity • Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules • Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site • Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks • Monitor material usage and coordinate deliveries and equipment needs • Inspect work progress and quality, reporting issues promptly • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors • Resolve on-site issues and escalate major risks or delays • Maintain site records, reports, and attendance logs • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery

The Foreman will lead site teams, manage resources, and act as the main point of contact between workers, subcontractors, and site management. • Proven experience as a Foreman • Experience in construction, civil, MEP, industrial, or relevant sector • Strong knowledge of site safety regulations and procedures • Ability to read drawings and technical plans • Good leadership and team management skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualifications • Diploma or technical certification in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred) • Relevant trade certification is an advantage • Safety certification (e.g., OSHA / NEBOSH) is a plus Skills • Team leadership • Site coordination • Quality control • Scheduling & planning • Safety compliance • Reporting & documentation
