Job Description:
• Assist RM in acquiring new-to-bank clients and managing existing portfolios to achieve liability, CASA, deposit, and cross-sell (FX, Trade) targets in line with business objectives.
• Conduct client visits, prepare call reports, support account planning with product partners, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated KYC, OMNI, and PEP records; ensure proper file management; adhere to AML, internal audit, and Central Bank guidelines.
• Prepare official memos, requests, coordinate with internal departments, uphold confidentiality and Code of Conduct, and support team projects or act as backup when required.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related field; MBA/CA/CMA or Financial Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of liabilities, Trade, Treasury products, banking operations, Islamic banking standards, accounting principles, and market/business environment.
• Good knowledge of AML/Compliance, CBUAE regulations, and identifying suspicious transactions.
• Excellent customer service, bilingual communication (English & Arabic), strong relationship management, organizational, multitasking, data management, and computer skills.
