• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s gold jewelry brands and real estate projects
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google ads, and online platforms
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers for gold shops and real estate properties
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities
• Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and increase property and retail sales
• Manage branding, advertising materials, and marketing content
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, photographers, and media partners
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing (preferably in Jewelry, Retail, or Real Estate)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Experience in lead generation and sales-driven marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and work under pressure
