We are currently looking for an experienced Proposal Manager for a reputed organization based in Bahrain.

? Salary Package: BD 2500 + HRA BD 500

? Key Requirements:
Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Aluminum, Power, Water, or Steel industries
Strong experience in technical & commercial proposal preparation
Exposure to shutdowns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or mechanical fabrication proposals
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
? Criteria:
Stable career history with consistent employment
Experience with reputed or higher-tier companies
Strong exposure to key contractors and clients
Bahrain experience preferred; GCC experience mandatory
Iraq experience will be an added advantage
