Role Overview
The General Manager will lead as a commercially disciplined, revenue-generating entrepreneurial hub while ensuring the physical infrastructure, facilities, and space development are professionally managed.
This is a P&L leadership role with operational infrastructure oversight.
The GM must combine:
- Commercial growth
- Financial governance
- Workspace optimisation
- Facilities and fit-out supervision
- Asset preservation and capex planning

Skills
Minimum 8–12 years experience in one or more of:
- Co-working / serviced offices
- Commercial real estate
- Hospitality operations
- Facilities management leadership
- SME hub / mixed-use asset management
Must Have:
- Demonstrated P&L ownership
- Experience supervising facilities teams or contractors
- Exposure to fit-out projects or refurbishment projects
- Budget management (opex + capex)
Preferred:
- Background in property management or mixed-use commercial assets
- Experience launching or expanding physical locations
- Knowledge of Bahrain municipal / regulatory requirements
