Role Overview

The General Manager will lead as a commercially disciplined, revenue-generating entrepreneurial hub while ensuring the physical infrastructure, facilities, and space development are professionally managed.

This is a P&L leadership role with operational infrastructure oversight.


The GM must combine:

  • Commercial growth
  • Financial governance
  • Workspace optimisation
  • Facilities and fit-out supervision
  • Asset preservation and capex planning

Skills

Minimum 8–12 years experience in one or more of:

  • Co-working / serviced offices
  • Commercial real estate
  • Hospitality operations
  • Facilities management leadership
  • SME hub / mixed-use asset management

Must Have:

  • Demonstrated P&L ownership
  • Experience supervising facilities teams or contractors
  • Exposure to fit-out projects or refurbishment projects
  • Budget management (opex + capex)

Preferred:

  • Background in property management or mixed-use commercial assets
  • Experience launching or expanding physical locations
  • Knowledge of Bahrain municipal / regulatory requirements

  • Financial modelling (basic ROI for space expansion)
