As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing and strengthening seller partnerships on a live shopping platform in the GCC, which combines live streams and real-time auctions.
This role blends relationship management, commercial growth, and live operations coordination to ensure sellers succeed and customers have exceptional experiences.
You will own a portfolio of sellers, support their performance during live shows, and help them scale their presence on the platform.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is motivated by ownership, results, and long-term partnerships.
Main Responsibilities Own and grow relationships with assigned sellers Onboard new sellers and guide them through platform setup and best practices Support sellers in planning and executing high-performing live shows Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities Turn seller feedback into actionable product & operational improvements Collaborate with customer experience, fulfilment, product, and other teams to ensure seamless execution Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and performance optimization Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and a partnership mindset Act like an owner in every decision you make 1–3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales, or a related field Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with performance metrics and commercial targets Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Fluency in both Arabic and English is a plus
