JOB DESCRIPTION:




  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions

  • Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local regulations

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits

  • Prepare tax filings and ensure timely statutory compliance

  • Monitor cash flow and financial transactions

  • Identify process improvements and implement internal controls

  • Provide financial reports and insights to management


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:




  • Professional certifications like ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA or related.

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.

  • Strong hands-on accounting skills.

  • Experience using ERP systems (Odoo, SAP or similar).

  • Strong reporting and English communication skills.
