Rotating Equipment Supervisor
We are urgently hiring an experienced Rotating Equipment Supervisor for an oil & gas shutdown project. The role involves supervising the installation, overhaul, maintenance, alignment, commissioning, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, and motors.
The supervisor will ensure all activities are executed safely and efficiently in line with engineering standards, OEM manuals, project specifications, and HSE regulations. The role requires close coordination with QA/QC, engineering, HSE teams, subcontractors, and vendors, along with effective manpower planning to meet shutdown schedules.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: SAR 4,800 + FAT
Duty Hours: 12 Hours / Day, 7 Days / Week

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5-10 years of experience in rotating equipment supervision
Strong hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, and motors
Experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or power plant projects
Knowledge of laser/dial alignment, leveling, grouting, coupling installation
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and OEM manuals
Experience coordinating pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills
High commitment to HSE and quality standards
