Rotary Equipment ForemanWe are urgently hiring an experienced Rotary Equipment Foreman for an oil & gas shutdown / turnaround project. The role involves supervising and coordinating all rotating equipment maintenance activities including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, and fans during shutdowns.
The foreman will plan, organize, and execute shutdown jobs in line with approved schedules and work packs, ensuring strict compliance with PTW systems, HSE standards, and quality requirements. The role requires strong manpower handling skills and close coordination with planners, supervisors, QA/QC, and safety teams to meet critical shutdown timelines.
Salary & Benefits:Salary: SAR 4,500 + FAT
Duty Hours: 12 Hours / Day, 7 Days / Week

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade
5-8 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance
Proven experience in shutdown or turnaround projects
Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, and fans
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance and alignment practices
Familiarity with PTW systems, shutdown planning, and HSE requirements
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, OEM manuals, and work packs
Strong leadership, manpower handling, and communication skills
High focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence
