Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Communication to lead all marketing and communication initiatives within the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, creativity, and leadership to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a holistic marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Oversee all digital, social media, PR, and content marketing activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and sales teams to create compelling campaigns, menu launches, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute high-impact events, activations, and partnerships to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and insights, driving data-informed decisions.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the marketing and communication team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in senior marketing or head of marketing roles, ideally within the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and PR strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and campaign performance evaluation.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 8–10 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership positions within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns that have significantly increased brand awareness and revenue.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple marketing channels.
