Role Purpose The PR Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing public relations activities to enhance Pay10’s brand reputation, media presence, and stakeholder engagement. The role ensures alignment between global strategy and local execution while managing external agency performance and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute PR initiatives aligned with Pay10’s business objectives and brand positioning. Manage media relations, including press releases, media pitches, interviews, and briefings. Coordinate with Global PR and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency and timely execution. Manage relationships with external PR agencies, including scope, deliverables, and timelines. Define, track, and report PR KPIs, agency performance, and campaign outcomes. Support executive and leadership visibility through media, speaking opportunities, and profiling. Monitor media coverage, handle press inquiries, and recommend responses when required. Support crisis and issues management in coordination with senior stakeholders. Ensure all PR activities comply with regulatory, legal, and reputational requirements.
Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). Proven experience in media relations and PR execution. Ability to manage external agencies, KPIs, and performance outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and sound professional judgment. Familiarity with digital, social, and executive communications.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.6–10 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or related roles. Experience working with senior leadership and external agencies. Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or regulated industries preferred. Strong understanding of regional and international media landscapes.
