About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Airport Project Manager to lead facility management services for Airport project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in airport facility management, with a strong background in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Civil/Mechanical), and Project Management Professional(PMP)/Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee all facility management operations, ensuring compliance with project deliverables, quality standards, and timelines. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning and facility staff, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to best practices. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between vendors, and internal teams, fostering strong working relationships. Contract & Risk Management: Manage vendor contracts, mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. Technical Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, and Visio for planning, reporting, and presentations.
Requirements:
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facilities Manager). Experience:Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager in airport facility management (5-star airports preferred). Proven track record in project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling for large-scale airport projects. Experience in contract management, vendor compliance, and performance optimization. Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, and Visio. Competencies:Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
