Product Manager / Senior PM

Role Overview:As the Product Manager for the local market, you are not just a roadmap planner but also the key executor responsible for ensuring that products meet local regulatory requirements and address real user needs throughout the entire lifecycle—from design to launch. You must deeply understand the local market, regulatory environment, and business scenarios, driving rapid product implementation and continuous optimization under a compliant framework.
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and Drive Local Product Roadmap Execution(1) Conduct localized market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory monitoring to formulate quarterly/monthly product iteration plans, defining feature priorities and delivery timelines.(2) Regularly publish the Product Roadmap and Priority Assessment Report to ensure planned features are launched on schedule.2. Ensure 100% Regulatory Compliance in Product Design(1) Collaborate closely with the compliance team to translate regulatory requirements into specific product specifications and design standards. Lead compliance reviews to ensure all features pass regulatory checks before launch.(2) Establish and maintain a Product Compliance Requirements Checklist to validate all new features during design and testing phases, achieving zero major compliance-related incidents upon release.3. Efficiently Coordinate Global Product and Tech Teams for Local Implementation(1) Act as the liaison between local and global teams, clearly communicating local requirements, coordinating resource scheduling, and resolving cross-team collaboration challenges during development.(2) Ensure local needs are appropriately prioritized within global product iterations, reducing the delivery timeline for core features.4. Deeply Define and Support Local Payment, Settlement, and On/Off-Ramp Business Scenarios(1) Immerse in frontline business operations to study local user payment behaviors, settlement pain points, and on/off-ramp needs, designing product solutions tailored to local usage contexts.(2) Periodically deliver the Local Payment Scenarios and User Needs Analysis Report, driving the launch of localized features to enhance payment success rates and user satisfaction.5. Lead the Development of Product Documentation for Regulators and Partners(1) Oversee the creation of product whitepapers, compliance documentation, API interface manuals, and other materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with regulatory and partner requirements.(2) Guarantee 100% on-time completion of all documentation required for regulatory filings and partner integrations, with zero rejections or major revisions.6. Manage Post-Launch Product Iterations and Optimizations(1) Monitor post-launch user feedback, performance metrics, and compliance updates to drive continuous product improvements and issue resolution.(2) Establish a closed-loop feedback system for product iterations, ensuring rapid response to user concerns and frequent rollout of minor version updates.
Requirements:1. 5+ years’ experience in product management within fintech, payments, or digital assets.2. Experience working in regulated product environments.3. Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into product design.4. International experience and qualifications highly desirable.5. Structured, execution-focused mindset.6. Proficiency in English as the working language, with fluency in both written and verbal professional communication. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.7. Hold a valid Bahrain work visa, possess legal eligibility to work in Bahrain, or demonstrate exceptional qualifications to secure a Bahrain visa.
