Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Marketing Account Specialist. In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure client needs are met, and serve as the primary point of contact for communication. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, collaborating with influencers, coordinating project timelines, supporting sales initiatives, and providing first-class customer service while building and nurturing client relationships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Service to manage client relationships effectively Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members Background in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and drive client growth Demonstrated Project Management skills to oversee campaigns and ensure timely and successful completion Proficiency in marketing and advertising strategies is a plus Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a remote setting Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
