The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the café/restaurant to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff, in compliance with health and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, chairs, and floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas as instructed.
• Dispose of waste daily in a safe and hygienic manner.
• Clean and maintain cleaning tools and equipment.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Support the team when needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or shortages of cleaning supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and hygiene.
