We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Ground Operations / Rider Coordinator to join our Food Transportation team! Bangla speaking candidates preferred
- Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure drivers comply with agreed regulations and uphold operational standards.
- Monitor key financial indicators, ensuring efficient handling of rider payments, pending dues.
- Oversee and assist in managing rider vacations.
- Work closely with the Fleet Performance Coordinator to enhance the Fill Rate and fleet efficiency.
- Oversee daily performance tracking, including SLAs, Revenue per Delivery Unit (RDU), Churn Rate, and Fill Rate.
- Ensure effective team communication, facilitating seamless collaboration across departments.
- Monitor driver compliance, ensuring all regulations and protocols are met.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
- Implement training programs for drivers and ensure proper documentation of training records.
- Manage the COD report, minimizing outstanding dues to maintain financial accuracy.
- Prepare performance reports, presentations, and operational materials to support decision-making.
- Apply updates and instructions from the clients, ensuring compliance.
- Track and validate team performance, ensuring accuracy in completed tasks and service quality.
