We are in the process of automating our gypsum manufacturing facility and are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines used in mould production
- Prepare and optimise files for machining (2D/3D)
- Support the transition to automated production systems
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Strong interest in 3D modeling and willingness to learn new production technologies
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery and workflow issues
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and support automation processes
- Experience in gypsum, carpentry, mold-making, or related fields is a plus
