• Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers.
• Greet and assist customers in identifying their needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, warranties, and financing options.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and showroom visits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date with new vehicle models, market trends, and competitors’ offerings.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to support promotional activities and financing solutions.
• Maintain a professional showroom appearance and uphold company standards of customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales or within the motor vehicle industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for cars and the automotive market.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
• Valid Bahraini driving license (required).
