Cloud Services Specialist

Lead the development and management of cloud-based data-driven solutions, leveraging advanced AI/ML technologies to create impactful customer offerings. The role will also involve collaboration with the presales team to design and position innovative products and solutions for our customers.


Identify, define, and prioritize cloud-based products with a focus on data solutions and AI/ML capabilities.


Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data products and services.


Develop strategies to address key customer pain points in data storage, processing, and analysis.


Partner with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.


Oversee data architecture and integration strategies for cloud-based solutions.


Utilize knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and real-time analytics tools.


Leverage platforms like AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics for designing robust data solutions.


Enable data-driven decision-making by implementing advanced analytics and visualization solutions.


Design AI/ML solutions that address real-world business challenges.


Incorporate AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).


Enable predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision capabilities within the cloud portfolio.


Collaborate with the presales team to create tailored cloud solutions for customers, focusing on data management and AI/ML opportunities.


Act as the primary technical advisor during client engagements, highlighting the unique value of proposed solutions.


Engage with customers to understand their data challenges and align solutions to their needs.


Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in data and AI/ML services.


Gather feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.


Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision
