Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication

- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs and tenders

- Negotiate and close deals with customers

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the logistics industry

- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth

- Strong understanding of the Bahrain logistics market, including industry trends and competitor activity

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting tools

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with logistics operations and supply chain management

- Certification in logistics or supply chain management
