Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and sales campaigns that align with business objectives.

Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and SEO, to drive traffic and sales.

Utilize market research to identify target markets and sales opportunities, adapting strategies to meet customer needs and market trends.

  • Sales Optimization:

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and sales tools that enhance the sales process.

Implement data-driven marketing initiatives to improve conversion rates and increase average order value.3.3.

  • Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects on time and within budget.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to provide actionable insights.

Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and ROI to senior management.

Track industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Customer Engagement and Loyalty:

Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Enhance customer experience by optimizing website content, improving user interface, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Foster strong relationships with key customers and influencers to promote brand advocacy.

Key Requirements

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on sales within the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.

Certifications

  • Language skill in Arabic is a plus.
