Account Services Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support our Client Account Servicing team. This position is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of account opening and maintenance processes while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, collaborating effectively with various operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive documentation reviews and manage system setups, demonstrating exceptional diligence, motivation, and organizational skills.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of account opening functions, ongoing maintenance, and client queries, while delivering outstanding customer service and effectively resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with all relevant operational functions related to account opening and maintenance, managing in-process and pending activities to clearly define requirements and deliver high-quality service to both customers and internal teams.
  • Contribute to various project management initiatives within the account services domain, promoting cross-functional collaboration across all teams.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, adhering to service level agreements and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Foster a strong culture of risk management and controls within the team by implementing effective processes and checkpoints. Execute routine tasks while deepening understanding of the broader operational context.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for senior stakeholders and team members.
  • This role is permanently based in Bahrain.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Account Servicing, with a focus on account opening, account maintenance, documentation review, and static data setup.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently; exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Highly motivated and persistent, capable of thriving in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, and high-risk environment.
  • Proficient in multitasking and eager to learn about multiple products in a challenging setting.
  • Experienced in handling urgent and escalated cases while effectively managing expectations for both clients and internal teams.
  • As this role will face off with Mandarin speakers, the candidate will need to be fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
