Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the hostess team
- Ensure guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Train, mentor, and supervise hostess staff
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hostess or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and seating procedures
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Experience working in upscale or fine dining establishments
- Understanding of Kuwaiti and international cuisine
