About the location:
On an exclusive island in the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, with its unique architecture, has become an iconic landmark that soars as a destination in its own right, combining the best of a beach holiday and an urban getaway.
We are seeking a Communications and Reservations (CORE) Agent to join Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay team.
As the voice of the hotel, the CORE Agent ensures that all communication channels operate flawlessly, including the hotel’s communications system and perform other duties or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff (Processing new reservations, updating and cleaning up online reservations, answering reservations calls / Aspire test calls and inbox emails, processing daily , monthly reports, performs installation of telephone, facsimile or high-speed Internet services in the guest room or public area meeting space).
Job Summary:
- Being professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask, problem solving and have a passion for service and hospitality along with a pleasant voice and a positive attitude to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies, ability to understand and have full knowledge of Hotel Information.
- Ability to use all systems and comfortable with all applications (Golden, Chat, Hotsos or any new application as needed) as well as communicating over the telephone.
- To positively accept any changes within the department and scheduling’s needs in light of business demands.
- Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- Ability to be a team player, work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and superior.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English, Arabic is preferred.
- Night shift will be requested.
