Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the movement of orders, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers, all while ensuring compliance with medical industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize supply chain activities, ensuring efficient movement of goods from suppliers to clients.
  • Engage with clients regularly to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate schedules for client orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain precise and consistent records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in orders and shipments to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and update inventory databases to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
  • Coordinate logistics for timely and accurate shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Verify the accuracy of shipping documents and orders before dispatch.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the medical field.
  • Immediate joining is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and customers.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation management processes.
  • Familiarity with medical industry products and regulations in Bahrain.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
