Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors in a professional, welcoming, and hospitable manner
  • Responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate internal

parties in a timely manner

  • Handling customer inquiries, answering incoming calls and assisting customers in a

timely and efficient manner

  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate and correspond with all necessary parties as per the requirement
  • Provide all necessary progress reports on a regular and as required basis
  • Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health,

Safety & Quality manual

  • All other job related duties, as assigned


Skills

  • Adept in interpersonal communication with a strong command of formal vocabulary and etiquette.
  • A tech-savvy individual with an ability to operate software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist.
  • Keen eye on assessing current tasks as per priority and allot appropriate duration as per requirement.
  • Good understanding of formal requirements, portraying eloquent communication skills and appearance.
