Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors in a professional, welcoming, and hospitable manner
- Responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate internal
parties in a timely manner
- Handling customer inquiries, answering incoming calls and assisting customers in a
timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate and correspond with all necessary parties as per the requirement
- Provide all necessary progress reports on a regular and as required basis
- Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health,
Safety & Quality manual
- All other job related duties, as assigned
Skills
- Adept in interpersonal communication with a strong command of formal vocabulary and etiquette.
- A tech-savvy individual with an ability to operate software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist.
- Keen eye on assessing current tasks as per priority and allot appropriate duration as per requirement.
- Good understanding of formal requirements, portraying eloquent communication skills and appearance.
